Refurbishment of three old dilapidated hotel buildings with very small 180 rooms in the centre of Amsterdam using the Art'Otel standard and butique-style to give fame to the hotel.
Glass-wall bathrooms with wet-rooms, built-in furniture with bed-wardrobes, plasma TV and desk because of the lack of space.
